Delivery, Returns & Cancellations
FREE UK Mainland Next Working Day Delivery
Available for orders over £50. We aim to deliver items within England, Scotland & Wales (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands) Monday to Friday, within 2-3 working day. Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days.
Standard UK Mainland 2–3 Working Day Delivery – £5.95
We aim to deliver within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday) to England, Scotland & Wales (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands). Orders placed by 1pm will usually be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 1pm may dispatch the following day. Please note: during busy periods, delivery may take longer.
International Deliveries
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international delivery via our website.

Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your clock arrives damaged, please email customerservices@thomaskent.co.uk and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
If you're not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days if it’s unused and in its original packaging.
- Request a Returns Authorisation Number via email.
- Include the returns form and all original packaging.
- Return postage is not covered; retain proof of postage for your records.
- Include your name, order number, and reason for return.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after warehouse inspection.
Extended holiday returns: items purchased between 1st–22nd December may be returned until 16th January.
Cancellations
Our system is automated — so unfortunatley once placed, orders cannot be edited or cancelled, even if you contact us immediately.If you placed an order in error or duplicated it, we’ll gladly help arrange a return or collection. Please contact Customer Services:
